Editor's note
Hello again for another week of the Wrapper. Whether we like it or not, much of our computing future will be defined by mobile computing. You only need to glance at OS X and Windows 8 to see how metaphors that began in mobile have moved onto the desktop. This year is sure to be an interesting one, as a trio of new mobile OSes are due to appear -- if any one of those three can thrive, it will be good for the computing ecosystem as a whole. If you happen to think that this writing caper is a breeze and you'd like to chance your arm at it, TechRepublic is currently looking for writers to cover our Asian Technology blog. Click on the link below to get in touch with us. Have a good week, everyone! --Chris
