Editor's note
For years, I've dissected and analyzed the latest biz-tech products to help IT leaders make smart hardware decisions. And, I'm going to do a lot more teardowns in 2012. Beginning Dec. 20th, the TR Dojo newsletter will have a new name, "Cracking Open". The newsletter will still be delivered twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I'm excited about this change. I hope you are too. -Bill
